Operation performed in King Fahed Armed Forces Hospital – Jeddah by Dr. Mervat Al-Asnag (IC) & Dr. Khaled Shaibi (IC). Patient Z. S. suffered from proximal to distal right coronary artery stenosis with eccentric calcification with a normal vessel size around 4-4.5mm. Two stents were several months ago placed; proximal and distal to the vessel. Shockwave lithotripsy was used proximal to mid RCA resulting in a great outcome just after the first lithotripsy cycle. Afterwards, a 4mm NC balloon was used proceeded with a 4mm drug eluting stent for spectacular final results.
